What's for dinner????

Hey everyone!

Tonite is another easy dinner!   We are hitting the road tomorrow and don't want leftovers.. so I have a polenta chicken cassarole from Trader joes and a nice green salad!!!!! 

Glad you all liked my donkey pic!!   That donkey just made my day!  hahahaha And yes, I know I'm a dork!  hehehe

Sooo what is everyone else having for dinner???

We will be on the road tomorrow and then chad has 2 teenage sisters, so I almost positive I won't have any computer access till Tuesday!  So I don't want anyone to think I'm flaking out!  I'll be back online Tues!

As for my family it was chicken cordon blue in the crockpot and carrots. YUMMY!!!!  I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.....

Cheese stick and another protein drink for me.  Everyone that will be on the road tomorrow, have a safe trip.  Happy Thanksgiving to all.  As far as food goes, I am still living vicariously through all of you, so don't forget to post.

I had edamame. I have been having trouble with food lately - specifically anything dense or heavy, like meat, chicken, etc. So I've been eating a lot of oatmeal, string cheese, and edamame, because I know I can handle those. I am starting to wonder if I have a stricture, because I can't think of what else it could be. I see my surgeon again in a few weeks - I think it's December 12th or somewhere in there ... Unless this gets worse, I'm gonna wait and ask about it at my appointment.
